The 411 on LUSH Cosmetics

Hello fellow bloggers!  This is Karma here to talk to you about one of my new favorite products I recently discovered!  I am a huge fan of skin Care (obviously) but I LOVE skin care that is organic!  That is why I am so happy about stumbling upon LUSH Cosmetics.

After a brief in store demonstration, I chose to purchase Ultrabland and Angels on Bare Skin facial cleansers.  Now for those of you when do not know about LUSH Cosmetics, LUSH is a completely handmade and all organic skin, hair and body line.

Ultrabland is a mixture of essential oils, honey, and beeswax that will take off ANY makeup – let me say that again– ANY makeup.  This product is soothing with rosewater and iris flower extracts so it can be used on sensitive skin.  The beeswax helps protect the skin while creating a natural barrier of protection.  This product even took my waterproof mascara off without a hitch!  It gave my skin moisture but did not leave a heavy greasy residue.

The next product I chose was Angels on Bare Skin.  This product is a gentle but effective cleanser.  Although this cleanser looks a little weird with the consistency of cookie dough I promise you there is NOTHING weird about the results!  Ground herbs are sprinkled throughout this cleanser that you can feel, see and smell.  Rosemary gently exfoliates the skin while leaving essential oils to replenish your skin after the cleansing process.

The first time I tried this product I was kind of “iffy” about it but after the third use I was hooked!  To use this product you need to put a pea size amount of “dough” in the palm of your hand and add warm water to create a paste.  Gently rub this product over the face (it will not lather) and then rinse off with warm water.

My skin feels the softest now than it has felt in a long time.

So if you love organic skincare, run don’t walk to your nearest LUSH Cosmetic boutique and ask for a product demonstration.  Try these two products for three days, and I promise you will fall in love with your skin all over again!  And remember, Beautiful skin is Good Karma! (get it, Karma:))
