VALENTINES FASHION – A DIFFERENT TAKE

by Jory Snyder and Julie Shafer

The most romantic time of the year, Valentine’s Day, is almost here!!! It doesn’t matter if you’re single and looking or sharing a quiet dinner with your honey, we have put together several outfits that are sure to get you noticed! Don’t worry – Erik H., Clary Sage College fashion design student, styled these outfits for less than $100 each.

A special thanks to Sam Elauf who assisted and our beautiful model, Dani Watkins.

#1- “Classic Look”

You just can’t go wrong with black and white. Update a classic outfit using accessories. Pantone.com predicts solar yellow to be a popular color this spring, making this inexpensive feather necklace is a fast way to update any outfit.

#2 “Floral Look”

Forever 21 says floral will be a key item this season. Pair this ultra girly print with a pop color such as solar yellow or tangerine and you’re ready to go!

#3 “Trendy Look”

A bold prints paired with this season’s hottest colors- need I say more
