Step 1: Prep your eyelids with eyeshadow primer and draw four lines creating a V shape from your eyebrow to your lash line.
Step 2: Start connecting the lines by creating slightly curved lines, like a U to make the web.
Step 3: Once you have completed your web with liquid eyeliner, let it dry and start creating the web on your other eye. (Follow steps 1 + 2)
Step 4: Now that the outline is complete you can start shading in your web with eyeshadow. Shade in each individual section of the spiderweb to give some dimension.
Step 5: Finish off with a slight cat eye and a few coats of mascara and you’re done!
