How often have we had those moments when we feel like a character in a Seinfeld episode?
“Serenity now! Serenity now!”
“What is that?”
“The doctor gave me a relaxation cassette. When my blood pressure gets too high, the man on the tape tells me to say ‘serenity now!'”
“Are you supposed to yell it?”
“The man on the tape wasn’t specific.” – Frank and George, in “The Serenity Now”
The good news is when you feel your blood pressure rising or tension headaches creeping up on you there’s an alternative to going to the doctor for a relaxation cassette! There is a natural healing solution that can fit right in your pocket for those times you need “serenity now”! Its called Peace of Green Aromatherapy and I want to share this wonderful product with you. It is a combination of essential oils that offer a vacation from many of life’s ailments. It brings our mind and emotions into balance and raises vitality levels. Here’s why:
Peppermint is a powerful camphoraceous and cooling fragrance. With its anti-inflammatory properties peppermint relieves pain from muscle spasms and cramping. It calms the nerves and is effective at clearing lung congestion and even reducing fevers.
Eucalyptus, with its sharp scent, when inhaled through steam, will open airways and also act as a strong antiseptic when mixed with apple cider vinegar and dabbed on the skin for wounds, boils and insect bites.
Rosemary has a woody, herbaceous odor. It is excellent for increasing poor circulation and relieving rheumatic and muscle pain. For a cosmetic boost, rosemary will encourage dry, mature skin to increase its own natural oils.
Sweet Basil, known for its aphrodisiac qualities, sweet basil also provides circulation to the brain stimulating the mind and intellect. When used in massage oils sweet basil clears overworked muscles of acid buildup and encourages our body to eliminate the toxins.
Lemongrass has a grassy and slightly bitter aroma. A deodorant and antiseptic essential oil, lemongrass also relieves pain associated with rheumatism and calms the nerves.
Lavender, with sweet and floral notes, is a circulatory stimulant. Being one of the strongest antiseptic essential oils many types of infections can be treated from respiratory to candida. Being the cell regenerator it is, lavender is known to reduce scar tissue and slows the development of wrinkles. It is perfect for use after a long day in the sun where skin has been burned.
